Most people will purchase these types of juicers if they are not aware of the nutrient deficits, are not interested in getting maximum nutrients, or wants to save cash. These juicers can go up to $300. While they are not “cheap,” they will rob you of nutrients that your body needs.
On the other hand, authentic cold press juice is a two-stage process. Cold press juicing extracts more nutrients and creates less oxidation. If you want to pack the most nutrients into your body as possible, this would be the best option for you. However, be prepared to invest close to 3k for a cold press juicer and accessories.
The drawback of using centrifugal, masticating, and auger juicers is that they are operated using twin gears that are plastic, and over time small pieces will be intertwined in your juice. A significant part of using these juicers is the quick process.
The downside of a two-stage cold press juicer is the time commitment. The benefits include a process using stainless steel, nutrient-dense juice, and easy clean-up.
